The location is a very nice, quiet residential area. Within less than 2 minutes walk, there is a good market (with fruit and juice) and a supermarket. The metro station is 5 minutes away, so it's very easy to get to any part of the city. The reception staff is very kind and friendly. The room isn't big, but it... More

We arrived at this hotel early and were able to check in, our room was average size, clean, comfy beds. The hotel was a five minute walk from the train station, three minutes from an aldi. The Internet is free in the lobby area, but the lobby is basically just the stairs leading to the reception desk. You can pay... More

Stayed here due to work commitments near the Otto-Hahn ring. I won't make the mistake again. Location wise it was close to where I needed to be, but the hotel inside was pretty bad. While everything is technically clean - it just feels a bit cramped and grimy. Negotiating entry and exit to the shower would be difficult for anyone... More

This hotel has good bed, the (usual) horrible German pillows and decent pricing. Good: Location! Beds, clean. Not so good: No WiFi included in the rooms, which is very old-fashioned. I doubt that more than a few pay for WiFi. No lobby really. Reception only open until 22.00, Expensive breakfast (€12.00).

We stayed here for a night in May '13 as the start of our road trip to Slovenia & Croatia. This place served as a very convenient base. Cons: The room was quite crammed & the bed was a bit small. Pros: Very clean. Our room was on the back side facing a garden so it was quiet. Parking was... More

We have stayed at the Golden Leaf twice in the last six months. It is our "go to" for Munich because it is affordable, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Not to mentioned the option of parking and in a quiet neighborhood. The best part is how close it is to the S and U Bahns; I think it... More

Been there last week. The room was small, but very clean and cosy. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Munich, but 5 minutes away from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, which makes a trip to the city centre less than 30 minutes.

This hotel is located close to an S and U Bahn station Neuperlach Süd which provides convenient and fast connection to the city center. The stuff is friendly and we had no problems communicating in English. Our thanks especially to Mrs. Bentenrieder who went beyond her duties helping us recover a luggage lost by an airline. The rooms offered here... More
