Stayed here for 3 nights during Octoberfest this year. Helpful staff, reasonable rates for Octoberfest and can't beat the location. Rooms were fairly large by European standards and very comfortable. Walking distance to banhof, Augustiner Keller - a wonderful restaurant, Octoberfest tents, and Marienplatz. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here 4 nights during Oktoberfest. This hotel is almost perfectly located in Munich. It is just a short walk to the train station, about 15 minutes walk to Ockoberfest, and about the same to downtown Munich. It is a really nice hotel that was beautifully decorated. Room was quiet. One thing we did not like was that we... More

We had 5 rooms for a group of friends. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were exceptionally positive and helpful, as was everyone else. The rooms were good, people loved the proper coffee machines in the rooms, the breakfast was better than most, the car park secure and handy, and so on. And 2 mins walk to the... More

Room appeared to be newly remodeled. The bathroom fixtures and tile were ultra modern. Room had safe, wifi, keruig coffee maker, refrigerator, TV. Nice lobby. Nothing fancy but clean and new looking. Breakfast was 18 Euros so we opted for nearby coffee shops. We had no problem with noise.

My husband and I were delighted to find this hotel. We loved it! Things are expensive during Oktoberfest, and we expected a tiny, spartan room. Imagine our surprise when we walked into a suite that we had been upgraded to, without asking. The room was just beautiful. Lots of wood accents, a canopy over the bed, great decor. The hotel... This is one of the better hotels I have stayed in in Europe. The rooms are quite large, by European standards. The location is great since it is close to the train station, old town and only a 20 minute walk (or 7 euro cab ride) from the Oktoberfest fairgrounds. The only detraction is that there is a light-rail/tram track... More

Great stay. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, Hotel was very pleasant, Did not have any meals, so cannot remark on food. Would not hesitate to stay again, Location was ideal for Airport bus, just two mins away, as was train and tube station.

Sketchy area, but not dangerous -- strip clubs, casinos, massage parlors. Hotel is near railroad station, which is why we chose it. Big retail center nearby, good restaurants too. Rooms clean, comfy, not spacious but many European hotels have smaller rooms than Americans are accustomed to. Hotel room is for sleeping and changing clothes, not spending your day in. Buffet... Great hotel right in the center close to everything. The best service and the problem behind the desk was nice and really helpful ! They sent champagne to our room because of my birthday - so nice of them . We're definitely coming back !

Hi, we were very pleased with staying at this hotel; the sheets, towels, bedding and pillows were extremely high quality and it was an extra bonus to have a towel warmer in the bathroom! We thought the breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere. The room was very quiet and the front desk service was great. It was about a... More
