We arrived on Friday, Nov 20th and departed on Monday, Dec 1st, 2014. We have been to Munchen numerous times and this is the "Perfect" location near everything in the Inner Stadt as well as convenient to the U, S Bahn, Buses and Trams. But even better is the hotel itself with a very friendly and accommodating staff as well... More

I really liked this hotel, it is beautiful and filled with trendy designer furniture, glass and mirrors. The location is excellent right next to the market. I also liked all the technology with amongst other touch screen light controls.

We stayed for the Christmas market and the location is fantastic. Staff were friendly and rooms were exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, my husband booked this thinking because it said family friendly that it would be baby friendly. We had to rearrange the entire room because there were stairs in the room. The tables are glass so we had to hide those... More

The location is very good : just few steps to the Viktualien market , town Hall , shopping area. The hotel is renovated not long ago so, everything is very modern ( our room was in newly renovated section), breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. In the room you are getting 2 bottles of local beer... More

Stayed here alone for 4 nights in a single room. The location was excellent, near the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz and most touristic attractions. The room was small but nice and contemporary, with over-sensitive touch-activated lights, a nice rain-shower and adjustable bed. The hotel staff were nice enough to accept a large package which was shipped for me to the hotel's... More

The location is really amazing, the basic design is great however underneath all of that there is no substance. The hotel suffers from two serious problems: 1. A very badly built and designed ventilation system that causes endless noise all night long. the rooms are in theory quiet but the fans are a nightmare. 2. Poor management. Tripadvisor is full... My husband and I just stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a great hotel and perfect location, right across the street from the local market. Ask for a room facing the market which is in the newly renovated section!

My partner and I arrived here from Australia very tired and in need of a pleasant, all amenities working hotel.... Our experience was the exact opposite of this.. Firstly our room was 1 hour late in being ready and this was the tip of the iceberg. The rooms soaps, tissues etc had not been topped up, only half the lights,... More

We stayed here in Sept in 2013 and 2014. I figured the construction would have been completed after a year but I was wrong. The hotel is literally in the middle of a construction zone. I know it is not their fault that they are constructing a building across the courtyard behind them but the 7am jack hammering and having... More

This hotel is in a great spot just behind the food market and perfect to explore Munich. We stayed for 4 nights in 1 of the executive suites. The design of the room was fabulous! We also had a large balcony. There is some building work going on but we were aware of that before we arrived and weren't disturbed... More
