We have stayed at both the Residence Inn and Courtyard and they are both very nice. The Courtyard is less expensive but without a kitchenette, free internet and free buffet breakfast. Keep in mind if you are Platinum you get the same buffet and internet for free anyway. The staff, rooms and proximity to trains, subway, trams and buses is... More

Things did not bode well when after a 16-hour trip with a 4-year old and a ton of luggage the front desk staff stared at us blankly through the glass door that was locked from the inside as the taxi driver and I struggled to get inside. The driver said"at most hotels they would have someone to help you". Not... More

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Disappointingly limited menu in the Max (far from it ) restaurant with only bar food available in mid evening due to staff shortages. No prior warning on check in that this would be the case - far short of what I would expect for a hotel like this and at the prices... More

I am a corporate client and with that I have free internet. However, this front desk person by the name of Moustafa just minutes earlier told me that there is no such thing. He 'asks' for a proof. How ignorant can Courtyard hire someone like him? When I checked in I was told that internet is free as this is... More

The hotel is located in a business district, close to shops, markets and restaurants. The rooms were clean and pleasant. There was plenty of parking under the hotel ( 10 euros per day). Free wifi was available only in the lobby and restaurants. If you need wifi in the room, it is expensive.

We stayed in two adjacent rooms on the way back from our ski vacation. The hotel is pretty new and shares some facilities (like the restaurant) with the adjacent Residence Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful, and were able to recommend a few neighbouring restaurants for dinner. Since we were staying for 1 night only, we did not really explore... More

This review had to be written in the hotel lobby because the internet is so dreadful and slow in the room. It virtually does not exist in the room. Dreary location with a lovely view of the train tracks. As a gold member, I was treated...as nothing. No greeting, no upgrade - nothing. I try to be positive so I... More

Stayed here for a quick visit to Munich on a weekend. Great convenient location - just about 5 blocks to the Ostbanhof so was able to get around Munich without any problems. Also convenient if you want to take the train to/from the airport. Unfortunately I was traveling with large bags so I couldn't take the train and I wish... More

We stayed here during Oktoberfest using Marriott reward points, so the fact that it was free was great especially considering hotel costs during this popular time. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the train/subway station, so while it is definitely not centrally located, you can get to city center easily. The hotel is just okay, the rooms are... More

The location isn't all that bad with a 5-7 minute walk from the Ost station. Checking in after an overnight flight was a breeze and also allowed at 9:30am which was great!! The down side was the bed though. Very plan and actually hard/uncomfortable with brick dense style pillows. Rooms are sufficient for a couple or small family (save over... More
