two marks given for location (near Bahnof) and price (€99 for B&B). outside of that a few issues: - hasnt been renovated since the early 80s. - claimed on priceline to be 4 star (they gave themselves that rating) - beds are hard and rooms are sparse. good value budget option but not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and the city centre. The staff was very helpful, with perfect English and smile:-) However, the facilities of the hotel are very poor, old, somewhat dirty and filthy. There are 2 tiny lifts for the whole hotel where 4 people squeeze only by touching each other. Someone should... More

Great location, spacious and convenient to acces to other city centre with nearby main train stations. The staff are friendly and helpful however, the management has to do something to upgrade the lift as only 2 lifts which are super narrow that capable to fetch 4 people at a time. If with luggage, probably 2-3 person. It's super slow and... More

Location / Reception * Very near main station * Very near a Subway Sandwich shop, which accepted my UK subcard (obviously a big plus) * Hotel had friendly staff speaking excellent English * The 2 lifts serving 10 floors (inc. 3 underground) were pretty 'cozy' to say the least The Room * You don’t need to put your room key/card... This hotel is nice and near to train station. We have breakfast there which is very good service. However, our room is very poor, very noicy from outside, and some poor people slept near by hotel. We cannot sleep at night because of outside noicy. The bed is too soft. No hot water in room. The management should think and... More

We spent a night here in June 2014. From the moment we walked through the door. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Located literally right beside the main train station, It was very convenient. Our breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Next time I stay in Munich, I will stay here.

First thing for the lobby needs to fix their characters and atmosphere urgently... we had entered to and felt very spooky at first. The room is very large but no air-con and very noisy at night....we hardly slept especially on Friday night when people hanging out on the street and shouting...also the noise from train station as we can hear... With a 4 Star rating, I had certain expectations....which were certainly not met. Reception was decidedly shabby and the whole hotel was very dated. My room which overlooked the main railway station was large but did not have air conditioning but a noisy fan - I chose to open the windows but it was incredibly noisy outside between the road... We had requested a double room, but at reception were advised it was twin bedded. On entering room, it was more like a scullery room, and not like the Regent Hotel Premier brochure claim on the table. We went down to the Reception to complain and was advised that as there was the Bayern Munich match on and celebrations, that... More
