Well located, you can save on taxi by pulling your suitcases for 100 meters from a train station. Friendly and helpful staff, big lobby. Although it is located in a good place, about 10 minutes walking to Marienplatz and also have god and spacious rooms, we found dirty towels and poor housekeeping. The elevators are really old and I had my doubts about the overall maintenance condition. I would recommend to avoid this hotel unless you have no choice.

Good, clean and comfortable rooms, close to Hauptbahnhof (main railway station). Staff friendly and helpful, and willing to explain where to find restaurants, etc. Everything seemed to work just fine. Heating, wi-fi, lights, etc.... Would stay again!

I stayed here couple of times and it's quite good hotel. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean; the location is fantastic, just few minutes away from the central station and a city center. Breakfast is good, but too expensive. I would recommend that you take a room without breakfast and find some other place to eat.
