The room is very nice, staff is incredibly polite, but if you are paying premium price to stay in a Sheraton, some things are inacceptable.
The hotel allows dogs, and they should warn you at check-in, so you don't be surprised if you wake up at 4 am with "something" barking in the other room.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our trip to Germany and it was a welcomed change after staying in various B&Bs for a week. Room was a good size, modern decor and very comfortable. Wi-fi is free but only in the lobby area or you can use the computers in the business centre....

Overall very good quality business hotel with afficient amenities required for a short stay in between meetings. Not that close to city centre but very well connected to public transport (U-Bahn). If you have a room overlooking the railway you may be disturbed by early morning rail traffic. Very friendly reception staff.

Stayed in this hotel a couple nights in Munich with a friend. Plenty of space for us and our stuff. Location is GREAT... hotel is on atop a U-Bahn station. You could walk or take the train into the city center. Decor modern, but very comfortable. Bathroon was great and sizeable for European standards... all marble and a great place...

Westpark Hotel is in residential area of Munich, great connection to the city center since the U Ban station is in front of the Hotel. You can also have great walk to the center it takes around 40min. Room is lovely with great red chair for reading books, and most comfortable beds ever. We never had such a good sleep...

We booked here using priceline, and were pleasantly surprised with free upgrades to one bedroom suites. Can not comment on normal guest rooms, but the suites were fantastic and we enjoyed the club level ammenities, too (bar and snacks in lounge.) Very convenient access to the subway.

We stayed at this hotel for Oktoberfest 2011. It was in a very clean and safe area and the the place was perfect! It was clean and the staff treated us with tremendous kindness. The breakfast was VERY expensive, but the overall experience was great! I def recommend to anyone traveling to Munich!
