This is one of the ugliest buildings I've ever seen, looking like something the communists built in east germany, not Munich. I stayed here for 8 nights during a conference after Oktoberfest. Checking in was quick and efficient. The great thing was that I had planned to travel before coming to the conference, but did not want to carry my conference clothes and materials with me while traveling. The Sheraton was able to store my luggage for a week for free.... more

Excellent front desk and the rooms are well appointed. The hotel was full and the luggage did not arrive for ages. Very expensive internet in the rooms. I tried to check in early to the hotel (~1pm) but they wouldn't let me. So we amused ourselves around Munich and went to the English Garden until check in at 3pm.
