Hotel is located in a side street about 100 yards from the main railway station and tram stops. Warm welcome and easy check in. Reception staff were very good throughout our stay. Very spacious room on the 5th Floor overlooking the inner courtyard garden. Room was air conditioned and had flat screen TV, free minibar and masses of power points.... More

Firstly, the location is both a pro and a con. It's very handy if you are arriving by train and is also close to key underground and tram stops. However, like any train station neighbourhood there is the odd undesirable element as well as a couple of hostels in the street which got a bit leery the weekend I was... More

Stayed here for one week and glad we did. The location was perfect a few minute walk from the main train station. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was big for being a European hotel room. The room had a desk and table, flat screen TV, mini bar and a coffee machine. Oh by the... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2015. The hotel is centrally located, just 400 metres from the main train station. It is a little tired looking but very clean and well appointed. Our room whilst not large was more than adequate. The staff are friendly and helpful. We thought 19€ for breakfast very expensive and chose instead to... More

Great location. You're near everything. And if it's something you need to travel to the subway or train station is near (5 minute walk) the staff will assist with directions and are only to happy to help with any request. Whenever I come to Munich I will book this hotel. Just don't catch a taxi from the airport! Taxi's are... More

This Hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian shopping area and most major attractions in Munich. It is clean, friendly and comfortable. We were made to feel welcome and our upgraded room on the seventh floor was absolutely sweet, with the bed on an upper floor, spiral staircase and an attic window that opened to let some air in. The... More

Location: The hotel is very close to the main train station and therefore only a short walk from the Stacchus square and the old town. There are however a many hotels in this area, and quite a few even closer to these places. The area itself is not unsafe, but a little seedy. There are two backbacker hostels in the... More

First impressions are often the longest lasting. Arriving at a hotel the experience at Reception is most important. At this hotel, first impressions were not as expected. German people have a well developed culture which greets visitors from overseas with a warmth and enthusiasm which is genuine and welcoming. The reception staff here are largely not native Germans and exercise... More

The area of the hotel is great for the main train station but a bit seedier than you probably want. I felt safe though overall. They have several "casinos' and like to dub this area little vegas so if you are into that great. I went in a few of those places and wow what dumps. If i visited again... More

Decent location, although not much for restaurants or shopping that was open later. Breakfast was included and was very good, but basic. Rooms good size and the place was very clean. Would stay again.
