The hotel is a bit dated, but the breakfast is fantastic (different breads, cereal, yogurt, meats & cheese, eggs, fruit, juices, and great coffee) and the staff very friendly. This is a quirky family-run hotel off the beaten path in Muenchen. Quite close to the Strassenbahn, and walking distance to the S-Bahn, but not really walking distance to the center.
