This is a gracious place to stay with strong emphasis on customer service. My room was furnished in classical style. The hotel is old with old windows - so don't necessarily expect what you may expect from a modern synthetic hotel and its orderliness...but expect old fashioned values, solid furniture, slightly uncomfortable desks, nice beds, big TV, no tea/coffee, character.... more

Everything about the hotel was superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, which they term "Colonial" was spacious and newly decorated and furnished. The spa was wonderful. Each morning we went to the complimentary champagne breakfast which was stocked with hot and cold dishes and, of course, made to order omelets. more

As always, Munchen was very fun. I love the Octoberfest, but always seem to have more fun walking thru the city streets, enjoying the world class museums, restaurants, stores, and cafes. The nightlife in Munchen - after the fest grounds shut down about 2300 hours each nite is fantastic. That is where I seem to meet the most interesting folks... more

It has nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was polite and always ready to answer to any question we had. The breakfast buffet was not so rich. They did not replace the empty plates on time (on the buffet). The people who worked in the hotel's garage were very kind and very helpful. Very nice location of the hotel.... more
