Take my advise do not stay here. I regret not paying more heed to reviews prior to booking this. We stayed for 3 nights and were glad to see the back of it. The room was absolutely tiny despite booking a "superior room". I would dread to see an economy room. The paint was peeling on the walls and window... More

positives are the location, on the whole friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the room. negatives are that many of the rooms are small and with tiny bathrooms . The lobby is tiny so nowhere really to work from , there is free wifi in the lobby but try and find somewhere to work ! also there is no bar... More

The hotel was a nice place, nothing to really brag about but just fine. Since we walked most of the time we found the hotel a bit far from the old town and many of the sights but still within walking distance. The rooms were typical European small but efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Since we primarily used... More

We've stayed for few nights while visiting the Munich university. The location is great, staff very helpful and the rooms really nice. The bathrooms would need a proper refurbishing, though. Parking is available a block away.

Leonardo boutique hotel was a nice hotel, close to metro station. The rooms are nice, modern but small. The staff is kind and helpful! It is close to city center! Next to the hotel there is a nice restaurant!

Good position to North of Old Town. The hotel has parking @ 15 euros a night in an underground car park. Staff were nice and room was small but very clean and we had all we needed. Aircon was good and to be honest, apart from tiny bathroom it was just the job. Don't be put off by other reviews.

I stayed with a friend in the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Munich for 4 nights. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room lovely, location excellent and breakfasts scrumptious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Munich for a city break. We had booked the hotel before reading the previous reviews and arrived feeling a little anxious.... More

This hotels main attraction is its location. Just a 10 minute walk from Marienplatz, and in a nice and reasonably quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are small, and the size of the bathrooms are laughably small. The bathroom has glass-doors.not a nice feature. Breakfast is expensive at the hotel, but since there are lots of alternatives nearby, it is better and... More

Dear Marius, thank you for you really constructive feedback. It helps us to get better! We have started with one "model" baths where the glass door can be closed with an additional jalousy. Also we are going to renovate the shower curtains to doors instead until the end of this year it will be in nearly all of our rooms.... More

I would not consider it as a "boutique hotel" at all, it's just a very normal urban hotel located in Maxvorstadt Munich, well connected with subway Universität station. Best of the hotel is the location, very centric, safe, convenient, nice area full of restaurants and cafés. Reception area is nice and they offer cold scented water as you arrive. Staff... More

Dear Casilddaa, thank you for your feedback and the time you took to inform us for your experience. I would like to comment some points: - the internet is free of charge, you just need to get a member of us (AdvantageCLUB) - the restaurant namnam does not belong to us. But I am very confused, as I have only... More

This hotel came recommended from a friend. She enjoyed it, but we almost pulled out after reading the reviews on this site. That would have been a mistake. We encountered no problems with dirty bathrooms, unclean sheets, or smelly hallways. The rooms were small but we also didn't spend much time in them. The location was perfect, close enough to...
