the hotel is well located in the city centre. rooms are ok. keep in mind that location is in a lively neighbourhood, so you might have some outside noise during the night. breakfast is average, no fresh fruits

Stayed in this hotel over the Oktoberfest weekend and realized afterwards that it was ridiculously overpriced for what it provided. As previously mentioned in the a post you even had to pay for the internet and then you could only connect once device. Wow, that is the future. We were lucky that we actually only came with two small bags... More

Tiny room, large price per night. Hotel full of Oktoberfest drunk wannabe's.. there was a man passed out in front of the hotel main doors. The staff just laughed and asked me if I wanted my photo taken.. classy. The room is TINY. WiFi is charged on a per day basis.. I mean, come on.. there should NEVER be a... More

We chose Leonardo hotel for its location, a 3 minutes’ walk to central station and around 5 to the city centre. The check-in was quick, there were apples, water with lemon and tic-tac on reception. Our Comfort double room proved to be tiny with a view of untidy backyard. The bathroom was also small, but at least with everything necessary.... More

Wonderfull location near the train station and pretty close to the city center. Very nice staff, spoke good English and helped us a lot. Comfortable and clear room. Taste food with many kinds of meat and bread. Eggs, yogurt, jam. It was a very nice to spend time there.

Having stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Baden-Baden I expect the same high standards but the rooms were below average. We were upgraded to a Premium room for free which I thought would be amazing but it felt like being in a store room with a bed. I'd hate to see the standard room. What made this experience worse was... More

Wonderful location near the train station. Staff was helpful & courteous. Breakfast buffet was great. There's a small Italian restaurant on the corner - there pizza is soooo much better than what you can find in most of the U. S. In the train station there's a food court - the roasted chicken at one of the places is very... More

We used the Leonardo City Center as a base when my son was married in the vicinity and several of our family had rooms . We all agreed that the rooms were reasonably well appointed but pretty small. The location is central which is good but the street it occupies is pretty dire - not pretty at all The breakfast... More

I expected more out a 4 star hotel, especially with the amount of money we paid. The rooms are tiny and cramped. The location is scary and dreadful with drunks and beggars on the streets. The wifi is 20 euros for 3 days (WHAT?!) other than that, within walking distance of the city center.

I selected this pretty hotel in the centre of town and was really looking forward to it...the pricing was high mid range. The hotel has a beautiful style and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately as I opened the door to room 105 I was greeted by the smallest hotel room I ever saw...I had basically a skinny single at one... More
