Wonderful location near the train station. Staff was helpful & courteous. Breakfast buffet was great. There's a small Italian restaurant on the corner - there pizza is soooo much better than what you can find in most of the U. S. In the train station there's a food court - the roasted chicken at one of the places is very... More

We used the Leonardo City Center as a base when my son was married in the vicinity and several of our family had rooms . We all agreed that the rooms were reasonably well appointed but pretty small. The location is central which is good but the street it occupies is pretty dire - not pretty at all The breakfast... More

I expected more out a 4 star hotel, especially with the amount of money we paid. The rooms are tiny and cramped. The location is scary and dreadful with drunks and beggars on the streets. The wifi is 20 euros for 3 days (WHAT?!) other than that, within walking distance of the city center.

I selected this pretty hotel in the centre of town and was really looking forward to it...the pricing was high mid range. The hotel has a beautiful style and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately as I opened the door to room 105 I was greeted by the smallest hotel room I ever saw...I had basically a skinny single at one... More

Travelling through Europe by train this hotel was great for us as its very close to the main train station. The room was fine, nothing special but nothing to complain about. Room had tea and coffee making facility and fresh milk supplied when we asked. Reception staff spoke good english and very helpful. Terrace area nice for coffee/drinks, bar OK... More

I was here in July. Loved the location so close to the main train station. The room was fine for myself and my mother. Could not hear anybody in the rooms next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The only thing is tea and coffee could have been refilled each day, we had to ask the... More

I went to Leonardo for a business trip with 3 other colleagues. After the first night, 2 of us sleeping in the same room got bedbugs bites. We asked to change room and to have our clothes laundered. We got the room change but the direction refused to launder our clothes claiming they got the room checked and they found... More

We stayed in this hotel last December. We came from a long drive from Nuremberg and arrive in the evening. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very young, accommodating English receptionist. He was helpful and recommended several actives we could enjoy during our stay. He also gave us a map and marked the places we may be interested in... More

Yes, it's not Four Seasons or Hyatt, but location is worth to be cramped in the small, but clean room. This hotel is in just 10-15 minutes of leisure walk to the old town center, few steps away from the train and subway stations, sightseeing bus terminal. Breakfast is a normal German fare of sausages, cheeses, etc. Excellent bread, coffee.... More

Firstly be aware that there are several Leonardo Hotels in Munich and some have a higher rating and cost than this one. The cost at £104 per night (without breakfast) is not expensive for Munich and the hotel is very close to the railway station and several local restaurants. The room which was described as deluxe although I had not... More
