This is a very nice guest house in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the centre of Garmisch. The Inn keeper takes great pride in her home and nothing is too much trouble for her, she offers great advice for things to do in the region. Stay here if you enjoy warm local hospitality. more

Staying at this wonderful B&B felt almost like home! Our family of 4 adults stayed in the spacious, comfortable first floor family room for 2 nights. We liked it so much that we canceled our hotel in Munich to stay for a third night. The gastehaus is tucked away back by the mountain and it's a pleasant short walk into... more

We only stayed for 2 nights at the Gaesthaus Maria but the welcome was so warm & friendly that we wished we had booked for longer. The room was very comfortable and with some lovely touches.
