Stayed two nights. This was the second time we have stayed here. The hotel is slightly dated but clean & tidy & set in a beautiful alpine village. There is free wifi, a wellness centre. a nice bar & good food in the restaurant. The staff are courteous, helpful & friendly but have not been trained to smile. There was... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was fairly small for a family, a little dated, with a very small bathroom. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. Bar was OK, but service was very slow. On both nights I got served quickly when coming in, but trying to get served again proved so slow i gave up, on both... More

My only beef about this place? The booking form stated the wifi had to be paid for. This is the only hotel on our trip that charged. Otherwise a nice hotel, check in efficient and the staff more than happy to help and give you lots of information. Large comfy room, tea and coffee making facilities included. We did not... More

The hotel is a 3 star standard. Clean rooms and bathrooms.Breakfast great. Room service prompt. However, getting through to order takes time and patience. Staff polite and professional. Within walking distance of Partenkirchen main street with shops, chemist and really close for a short walk to great terrace at the Panorama Berghotel. Worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this great little hotel. It has that classic, slightly quirky, old German feel (which fits the location)--it does not feel like a modern chain hotel. It is clean, with large rooms and extra friendly service. We were very comfrotable and happy with the room. Parking was also easy in the large lot, it... More

Very good hotel room - well appointed and quiet. Quiet enough to have the window open and hear the birds - and the 06.00 church bells! (They turn the volume down between midnight and 06.00) One piece of advice - you can hear the bells here, but they are louder on Ludwigstrasse. The area is very pretty, village feeling, quiet... Booked this hotel as it was close to the skiing and centre of Garmisch, the hotel is a huge block affair about a 10 min walk from the centre of Garmisch and about a 10 minute drive to the ski centre, the hotel was quick to check us in and give us directions to our room, the room was a... More

Good value hotel close to the historic old part of the town. Beds were large, bathroom on the small size. Good views from the window. Hotel staff were very helpful with advice. Used the restaurant, food and service decent. As breakfast price was steep used the cafe next door. Hotel is on bus lines 1 & 2 but be warned... More
