This was a lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, well lit, well heated , confortable beds and a delicious breakfast. It is walking distance to the center and to the train station to Zugspitze. The staff were very warm and helpful and upon arrival served us coffee. Parking is free which is a big plus.

I'v stayed in this hotel with my kids. Hotel stuff wasn't friendly at all, nobody speaks english. We spent 2 hours in restaurant, the service is really slow. Suana is small (only for 2 persons). NO room service was provided. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

service was excellent, food was good, location was good, could use a english channel and a larger TV. Matt and Julia made us feel at home. Mrs. Wolf helped us alot to get a room. We apprecticate their help.
