I booked my parents in this Guesthouse/B&B at 70euros per night and the room was nice: average standard in Garmisch, not luxurious just spacious with a private kitchen and separate balcony (no view). Ok stay, room and location. Staff not friendly. Did not give me price reduction after 4 night stay as promised on their homepage. There are more BB in the area that are cheaper & more helpfull. Breakfast average.Did not clean room every day. Hotel close to main road. Would not stay there again.

Have just been for 4 days with 2 teenage children. The rooms were great and very spacious. Ours even had a separate living/kitchen. Very central within 5 minutes to town centre and train station. Wonderful accommodation. Great breakfast. Large rooms with kitchen and separate bath. Super nice staff. Great location.

This is a very nice guesthouse in a busy resort town. However, the price was great!!! The room was HUGE, with an attached kitchen -- we may have just been lucky and gotten the last room available. The hostess is very nice, and the breakfast spread was excellent. I highly recommend this pension.
