Good standard, better than I though, nice personal and free wi-fi. And the price, perfect. The place is near to the train station, so you need only to walk, and you need a couple of minutes to walk to the centrum and about 15 minutes to the Festspielhaus.

Friendly welcome with some English spoken. On-site parking useful. Staff courteous and helpful. Room: comfortable, quiet, bath. Small point: TV was in a cupboard and had limited visibility. Breakfast 10/10: eggs cooked to order (fried/soft-boiled/hard-boiled or scrambled). Can every hotel please serve eggs to order like this (or not at all).
