This should not classified as a Hotel!! Family called five times, first two times the agent on the phone ask to call back because she does not speak English! Imagine English is international language yet someone who does not speak English get hired to work in hospitality! Called couple days later, another woman answered the phone saying the reception is... More

Attending a conference, my wife and I spent a night in the Goldenes Rad (Golden Wheel), a hotel in the very center of Ulm. We choose it because it was located the closest possible to the Stadthaus (designed by the New York architect Richard Meier) where the meeting took place. The surface of the hotel building being relatively small, the... More

The hotel is steps from the Christmas market and Munster cathedral. It is so close to the cathedral that I was awoken every hour by the church bells. After closing my window, the noise problem resolved itself. The beds were comfy and the shower good. My room had a full tub. Breakfast was average as was the service. Upon checkout,... More

No hotel can be better located in Ulm, right next to the Munster square . The staff is welcoming and warm . If you are senior citizen , leave out the fifth and sixth floors as the lift goes till fourth only . Cosy and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is great and there is wi-fi in the rooms but the wi-fi... One couldn't ask for a better located hotel in Ulm. Just steps away from many restaurants, the Munster cathedral, and the Tourist Information office. Breakfast buffet included with room. Machine generated coffee, but my cappuccino was very acceptable. Full spread of food, but nothing hot: boiled eggs, various meats and cheeses, breads, jams, juices, yogurts, cereals, etc. There is a... More

Eventhought rooms are small, the hote it is very well locted just about 100 mts away fron Ulm Cathedral. The taxi from the traim station takes about 5 minutes to get here and you habe everything in walking distance. Room internet worls grate, and rooms are quiet and cozy. It is a very good affordable selextio. For the area.

Nice cosy hotel in the middle of Ulm center. Close to the old nice church, town hall and the old city. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. Nice large room and bathroom. The breakfast was good and tasty. Ulm was a new experience after driving outside the town more then 20 times on the motorway. It is worth to... More

This hotel couldn't have a better location for tourists but as I was there for business I didn't count location as much of a priority. The room was modern maybe 10 years ago. Very old and boring looking inside but maintains a very high standard of cleanliness which is very respectable. It also has a bit of charm and class... More
