The hotel's location is great, the Fisherman's Village and Munster are within walking distance. There is direct access to hotel from the train station pier. The rooms have basic equipment, nothing great. TV channel selection have only German speaking channels. The lobby is fine, but the rooms are a bit shabby. Railway Station uproar may interfere with some rooms. Breakfast... More

The reception desk was very quiet when we checked in. Whilst the reception was polite, not offering any tourist information (not even a map) , including their promoted 'bus ticket' was indicative of being more focused on procedural formalities than good customer service. The hotel obviously has corporate people as its main clientèle. On the positive side, the room was... More

if you are on the way in this location this is not absolutely not bad choice to stay here overnight. The surrounding of the city train station is not attractive but inside you will change your mind. Hotel is clean , calm and equal to eu standards. Prices are on the common level in the location. Only few minutes to... More

Room with a view on the train station. Last train was around 12.30am, first train around 5.30am. Train noise made it impossible for me to sleep more than 5 hours. I called the reception to ask for a different room, but none was available. No earplugs offered. Free wifi was slow, so upgraded to a faster option for Euro 8... More

The hotel was very conveniently situated and the free bus/tram pass made good sense Our rooms were serviced every day and left clean.I was not happy with the pillows-they were too soft! If they could provide a coffee machine in the rooms-life would be good! On the whole, a convenient, clean safe stay with breakfast included-value for our weak rand indeed.

Bare bones hotel. Wifi costs money. Noise from trains wasn't bad, but I might have been using earplugs. Basically across the street from downtown and plenty of shopping and food choices. For U.S. travelers, I could only use a credit card in the Burger King in the train station (50 feet from your hotel room), and I had to teach... More

All I ask of a hotel is cleanliness, a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a decent location and this hotel delivers all of these. My breakfast was included and there was a good selection although the breakfast Room is small and was busy. The coffee was nice though. Walked into town and found a decent selection of restaurants close... More

The hotel is next to the main railway station of Ulm with trains arriving and departing all day from around 5AM to midnight. Bring earplugs as there is a constant noise from the station. With calm weather (no wind), as with my visit, you cannot even open the window as the exhaust gasses from the diesel trains below will come... More

After we had to cancel our room in the Budget Ibis because of a bed-bug this was the only place with rooms available, and a reception that was open (it was after midnight) We were helped by a very friendly person at the front desk. We booked a room with 1 2person bed. And according to booking.com it;s a "large... More

The hotel is right in the railway station and hence very convenient. The area is a little down-market with some of the less savoury community members hanging-out in the area. Perhaps the biggest concern is that there is no AC or ventilation requiring you to open the windows onto the railway. Breakfast was fine, but underwhelming for EUR13. Internet gets... More
