Booked this hotel for one nights accomodation in November 07. We were due to arrive late in the evening as not due to land until around 11pm. E-mailed the hotel directly to advise them of this - who in turn replied and said this was fine. When we arrived at the Hotel - the whole of the hotel was CLOSED. We were unable to gain access - nobody answered the telephone etc. We were left stranded without a room for the night in the middle of November. Also the hotel itself is not in the city centre as described - we had to get two trams back into the city and then were unable to get a hotel room elsewhere due to a convention going on in the city. Spent the night sitting in a turkish cafe with the taxi drivers. more
