Booked this hotel for one nights accomodation in November 07. We were due to arrive late in the evening as not due to land until around 11pm. E-mailed the hotel directly to advise them of this - who in turn replied and said this was fine. When we arrived at the Hotel - the whole of the hotel was CLOSED....
