As always: Motel One is really a nice hotel chain. A bit like the French Ibis Hotels, but then better: better design, better comfort, better price, better breakfast, better bathroom. This Motel One is not in the centre of Stuttgart, but is very convenient if you are by car (underground garage for the hotel only) and with a metro stop... More

Had a very nice stay in Stuttgart with Motel one. It is outside the city a little bit but in reality with the very good transport system you are only 7 mins from the central station, schlossplasse and downtown. Hotel and rooms are very clean which is a good surprise for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful... More

We found ths Hotel very nice for two nights stay. Rooms were very spacious with all the comforts. Staff and service was excellent. Breakfast was good & overall nothing much to complain against. Only drawback was it is bit outside & near to industrial areas.

Stayed here for two nights as a couple, easy to find, free car parking on street outside(if you are early enough) we left the car there the whole time and used the excellent tram service which runs from just outside the hotel. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable, free wifi, the shower was lovely, large and... More

This is a functional European-style hotel which means you get a clean room, shower, and television. It cost about $94 per night which is a good deal by German standards. A good continental breakfast was available which you can eat in a pleasant patio. The hotel is about three stations from the city center and you take the U-Bahn to... More

I've been to several Motel One hotels and the quality is always constant. Friendly staff, small but functional rooms, good Wifi, nice breakfast, of course best for individuals business guests than families. Parking area for 6 € a day. Will come back !

We stayed here for one night during a weekend break. The plan was to move on and stay somewhere else but we decided to stay an extra day and booked back in as the hotel was so nice. Everything was of such a high quality and the buffet contiental breakfast in the morning was superb.

We stayed here on a business trip only for one night but were extremely impressed with the value. The hotel is located right across from the tram station. The rooms are very clean and nice. The wi-fi internet was free and internet speed was very good. The only down-side was the free breakfast - it did not have too many... More

Stayed here for a business trip as it was convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Nice breakfast, but only bar snacks in the evening. Tram stops right outside the hotel, easy trips into Stuttgart centre.

I led a group tour of Central German Auto Attractions, and of course Stuttgart is one of the central cities to visit. While I have been to Germany several times previously, the previous locations I stayed at either could not accommodate our group or weren't terribly convenient location-wise for this particular itinerary. Based upon favorable reviews I selected the City... More
