This hotel is essentially what you would expect-- clean, pleasant and nice. I didn't have any significant problems with this hotel, nor do I really have anything to rave about, so I'll skip right to it: THE GOOD: -Clean rooms, comfortable beds -Modern hotel decor, bar downstairs was well furnished -Decent breakfast for a European hotel (breads, meat, cheese, yogurt,... These hotels are consistently great stays. They tend to be new (or maintained to that standard) they over great value with free wifi if you buy breakfast which is a reasonable cost (forget exactly) for a generous breakfast with many choices, good wifi signal and clean comfortable room and bed and consistently helpful staff. The rooms are on the small... More

Very nice stay in a really good location - city center, railway station and underground transport were in few steps. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Enough space. The lobby was like a living room at home: very social, and at the same time private enough corners if needed. Nice disain and pleasant atmospere.

I've been in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was small, but the fact that everything looks new and well kept compensates this weakness. The breakfast was excellent, having fruit salad, boiled eggs, different types of breads and very good croissants. The personnel from the reception were polite and attentive, and the wireless internet works without problems. It was... More

I'm liking this Motel One chain; this is the second one that I've stayed in. The location is a bit off the beaten track, which is great if you are driving. Parking is less painful than staying closer to the city center. We didn't take public transport, but the nearest station is a few minutes out the front door. Clean,... More

Motels connote something lower down the scale in the US and I see some people have called it a budget hotel, which makes it sound less than appealing. It's much more. It's Ibis with an attitude, with chic, with flair, with wit. First there's the decor in turquoise, brown and grey. Colors you wouldn't think work but they do. Then... More

I love the motel one chain. they are cheap as compared to its peers and very elegant. Motel one stuttgart is very nice, despite being a bit outside the city center, the metro stop is just in front of the hotel, making the location easily accessible. The rooms are clean, although small, the staff is very helpfull etc.. the atmosphere... More

The hotel was modern and clean. The breakfast was good, with delicious croissants. The hotel was not near the city centre, but was easily accessible by public transport. Overall, a good budget hotel.

We stayed here as a couple for 1 night. The rooms are small but very clean and everything is very modern. Breakfast is nothing special but good and cheap it was 7.00EURO per person buffet style, so great value for money. The hotel is not in the city but just across the road is the tram station and it takes... More

Modern no-frills hotel: small but well-designed rooms, inexpensive, clean, efficient, free wifi, hair dryer, cable TV, generous breakfast buffet with self-service espresso/capuccino/latte machiatto machine. Unfortunately there's no restaurant in the hotel, which is located far from the city centre in an industrial area. The nearest restaurant for an evening meal is about 10 minutes walk up a multi-lane major street... More
