The hotel ended up being a lot nicer than expected. Stayed for 2 nights. The location is great - right in the city centre. The rooms are large, clean and modern and the beds are quite comfortable. Staff were friendly enough. The only bad thing I can say is that the rooms were very warm but that is hardly the... More

Previous to earlier reviews, I did find the reception staff quite friendly. The room however was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning and only a small desktop fan given. Only one window opened halfway whilst the other was shut. The bathroom was adequate although there was no extraction. This is a case of you get what you pay for.... More

We had a good experience at this hotel, where we spent two nights. Travelling with two young children we had booked a family room and it felt almost like a studio (no kitchen though), very large and with a private patio outside. However, it was very complicated to get to the room, having to change lift as well because the... More

THE hotel was OK. Clean rooms, dated but ok. In the middle of the city centre. If you have problems with streetnoise. ASK for à room on the backside of the hotel. Good breakfast. But receptionist could be a little bit friendlier. Parking is available for €16,- at the parkinggarage 100meters abroad

I highly advise everyone to not chose this hotel. The experience was very poor since the moment that we arrived. It took us almost 25m to do check in. Long queue with a very long process. After doing check in we went to our room where we were caught out of guard with the intense smell of marijuana, we informed... More

In weekend the bar Mocco has so loud hard core music until 03:30 in the morning. We could not sleep until that time. While booking, this information should be provided to the guest and let the guest decide if he/she agree to be awaken, in weekends, until 03:30am. The staff said it's because the location is in mid-town. That's ridiculous... More

Already the very first contact at the reception wasn´t a success. Check-in took ages. When we entered the room on the 6th floor, the impression wasn´t bad as I´ve never had such a spacious room. The room is not luxurious but its space and huge terrace made it kind of cute. However, everything turned into a nightmare after our "neighbours"... More

We were guests for one night and upon arrival we advised the receptionist that we had been charged twice. The receptionist investigated and confirmed that indeed we had been charged twice. She assured us that the following we would be refunded and that we needed to pay in cash. The following morning we relayed the message to another receptionist Srkozi.... More

Basic amenities but good location, we stay here for a night and the price is good. The location could not be better, around the hotel is a lot of bars and paces to hang up. Breakfast is not included, service is not quiet good but as I said it is good for one night stay only

Central location- mins away from Metro station and Shopping Centre. That's the only plus point apart from 7 5€ breakfast. Rooms doesn't have air conditioning- basic is missing. No electric kettle in room plus No glass (Guest are suppose to being their Own). Very poor room insulation. Female receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful. Try this at your own... More
