I highly advise everyone to not chose this hotel. The experience was very poor since the moment that we arrived. It took us almost 25m to do check in. Long queue with a very long process. After doing check in we went to our room where we were caught out of guard with the intense smell of marijuana, we informed... More

In weekend the bar Mocco has so loud hard core music until 03:30 in the morning. We could not sleep until that time. While booking, this information should be provided to the guest and let the guest decide if he/she agree to be awaken, in weekends, until 03:30am. The staff said it's because the location is in mid-town. That's ridiculous... More

Already the very first contact at the reception wasn´t a success. Check-in took ages. When we entered the room on the 6th floor, the impression wasn´t bad as I´ve never had such a spacious room. The room is not luxurious but its space and huge terrace made it kind of cute. However, everything turned into a nightmare after our "neighbours"... More

We were guests for one night and upon arrival we advised the receptionist that we had been charged twice. The receptionist investigated and confirmed that indeed we had been charged twice. She assured us that the following we would be refunded and that we needed to pay in cash. The following morning we relayed the message to another receptionist Srkozi.... More

Basic amenities but good location, we stay here for a night and the price is good. The location could not be better, around the hotel is a lot of bars and paces to hang up. Breakfast is not included, service is not quiet good but as I said it is good for one night stay only

Central location- mins away from Metro station and Shopping Centre. That's the only plus point apart from 7 5€ breakfast. Rooms doesn't have air conditioning- basic is missing. No electric kettle in room plus No glass (Guest are suppose to being their Own). Very poor room insulation. Female receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful. Try this at your own... More

I stayed there for a week through work. I arrived around 09.30 p.m. and check in took around 20 minutes - exactly what I did not need after a full day's work and 4 hours travel. First, they couldn't find my booking, then they couldn't find my room, then it took ages to process payment and print a receipt. The... More

Basic amenities, with no perks beyond free wi-fi and a hot breakfast for €7,50. Parking could be found a few blocks down where we parked overnight, no issues. The location was walking distance to the trains and main square. A lot of shopping any direction you go.

Stuttgart is a Mecca for great shopping, and this hotel sits right at the start of the famous pedestrian street. Plenty of stores, coffee, and sights to see - minutes from the front door.. Nearby are the bars and restaurant quarter after a good days shopping.. A little smoky for a non-smoking hotel, but the location trumps the hint of... More

Stayed for one night in a triple room that looked like it had seen better days, the carpet looked old and worn and the third bed was not very comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a Metro station and is located minutes away from the City Centre. There was a bit of confusion about the booking, the female... More
