“Should be renamed the No-Tell”

My room 302 was tiny. There was no pot for heating tea/coffee water. The shower was a tiny corner stall with sliding doors to corner - if you dropped the soap you needed to exit the shower to pick it up. I guess that is why there was no bar soap. The Ethernet did not work - front desk acknowledged... More

This is probably the worst 4 start hotel I’ve stayed in for the last few years. This hotel is OK for 1 or 2 stars but it has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel and 100 EUR per night. Said this, the hotel is clean, the bathroom new and the beds are comfortable. We requested in our booking... More
