Stayed at this hotel in April 2014 for three nights whilst visiting family in Stuttgart. On arrival we were greeted by a young receptionist who was very polite, helpful and spoke perfect English, (not that I expect to be spoken to in English by everyone!). We were placed in rooms 328 and 330. 330 had a very nice view of... More

Booked a standard room with a queen bed online, checked in about 10pm, young receptionist was very nice and polite, she saw we didn't book the 5€ breakfast so we added that to our reservation. Lobby looked newly renovated, very clean. We stayed in room 289 on the second floor. When we left the beautiful lobby, the elevator and upper... More

The hotel location is nice. It is not far from the main railway station, and from the city center (however, too far to walk!). Evening service at the reception could be more professional, but still everything worked. The hotel is obviously old, but renewed. Still it is not the highest standard, maybe just 2*. There are no king size beds,... More

The BEST WESTERN Hotel Stuttgart 21 is a short tram ride and walk from the main train station. We asked for a no smoking room and got one with a little balcony overlooking the train yards and station. The room had a frig, nice bathroom, great shower and the wifi worked in the room! There is a supermarket one tram... More

Orange juice and fruits await for you in the lobby. The only problem is that there are tons of fruit flies - so many, that the jug has a dozen of them floating on the surface. Terrible mattresses - not enough support for an adult of any size. My room didn't have an AC and with the window open street... More

The price was about half on this to the downtown hotels but you are litteraly 7 minutes to downtown on the U15 and they run about 20 minutes at the outside. I went to the Mercedes Benz Arena for a football game and walked, it was a 40 minute walk but mostly in the park. The mineral spas are on... More

WE stayed in Best Western Stuttgart 21 for one night. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a great view on the construction site of Stuttgart 21. For me it amazing to see it at night with very nice lights.

We stayed here after hitting up Oktoberfest in Munich. The rooms are tiny, but we had paid a lot for other parts of the trip, so we wanted to get something cheap in this city. Its not very far from the city center, you can take the subway (although at this stop its actually above ground) - but its definitely... More

Stayed here in early 2012, again for business. The staff was friendly, and at the time, mostly Americans were staying here. The hotel is old, but newly renovated and the rooms were 'fresh'. The showers are TINY, but that honestly is my biggest complaint about the hotel. Breakfast was excellent for the 6 days I was there, and had an... More
