My secreatary made a confirmed reservation with this hotel through a corporate travel agent. The reservation was guaranteed. I arrived at the hotel to be told by the reception clerk that though I held a guaranteed reservation, there was no room for me. The desk staff offered no explanation except that a mistake had been made. This was not discovered... more
