Wow, a 5 star feels like a 2 star from a service perspective. Awful from booking to check out and post leaving. We are a family and asked for connecting room but it took forever to be sure it was possible, at least 4 phone calls. Once there the rooms were not set up with baby beds and it took... More

Dear “Stefano_Nardo”: Upon departure you reported the scratch at your car to our manager on duty, however after reviewing security tapes, interviewing the staff involved and seeing the actual scratch on pictures which were taken at departure, we had to come to the conclusion that the scratch was not caused by any staff member; therefore we cannot accept liability in... We spent a fantastic time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until check out we enjoyed it. The staff is professional, the rooms are modern, the bed is great and everything is very clean. Very nice pool (approx 11m) and small fitness . Breakfast was of outstanding quality and service. The parking on the other side of the... More

At first appearances, the hotel may seem very businesslike but once you meet the staff you will find it is a very welcoming place. For any trip to Stuttgart, business or pleasure, Le Meridien is my first choice because of the friendly staff and the convenient location. Every trip I took with my family, they treated my children wonderfully! There... More

Would not stay here again. The rate of $200 per night excluded breakfast, wifi, parking. Room nice but not worth the price especially facing Wily Brandt Str. which is very noisy. Additionally, we received the most incredibly rude response from an employee in reception to our request for a king size bed. "We're not accustomed to having two men share... More

Dear grdohm, First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your recent stay with us and the review on TripAdvisor. You and your partner made some unwelcoming experiences while you were with us. Our colleague at the Front Desk mentioned a sentence which is absolutely not acceptable. We would like to express our sincerest apologies for... More

Our recent stay had all the makings of a 5 star review. Until the unfortunate incident. Sometimes, all it takes is one little thing to ruin the whole stay. I will start with the negative and then move to the positive. I drink iced tea. I mean, when I say I drink iced tea, I mean, that is all that... More

Dear “Jon S“, Thank you for sharing your experiences on TripAdvisor about your recent stay at Le Meridien Stuttgart. By mistake, we wanted to charge the service charge. Our standard procedures clearly state that there are no charges for delivery of ice cubes, since this is a service of the hotel. We are very sorry for the inconveniences. We are... More

The hotel has it all...spa, buffet breakfast, parking, and most of all great location. Across the street from the park (with beer garden) and 5 minute walk to the Main train station. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. It was a nice getaway for my husband and I when we went to Springfest. It is not much to look at... More

The one night we stayed in Le Meridien is one that will not be forgotten nor be repeated. We were walk-in guests and the welcome at the reception was warm and nice. However, the room was dirty since there was an old cigarette but (non-smoke room) on the floor and long black hairs were found throughout the room. But the... More

This hotel is what you would expect from a le meridien. Nothing more nothing less. Pretty central location, friendly staff, ok rooms. The whole property is in acceptable condition, common areas look nice, rooms need a bit of refurbishment. Pobably one of your best options in Stuttgart.

Wonderful hotel, near the train station, although it was said to be walking distance, it really take only 5 minutes to walk to the main train station, but not recommend if you have heavy luggage, it require up and down the staircase and some walking on dirt road, better off to take a taxi for 8 Euro. Nice room, the... More

The hotel is located on a busy street a short walk from the centre of Stuttgart. The foyer and rooms are comfortable and I would describe them as 'reliable'.
