I spend with my group two nights in the Mercury Hotel. Hotel was clean and the location was quite good. Milaneo shopping mall cross the street and there is 200 shops. Hotel was clean and room cleaning was good.

This is in a very convenient locating. Within easy walking distance of CBD. In 2014 interior had a major make over, so the decor is a major improvement over former times. Bathrooms a bit tired. Restaurant offers reasonably priced meals.

Stayed there for a day on a business trip. And I admit the hotel is located practically. Staff was nice and that is the best thing to be said. No hangers for trousers in the room. No ironing possible. A very small bar/lounge area with no space to have a private conversation. Overall an expensive yet disappointing experience.

Dear FrancoisF, thanks for taking the time to evaluate your stay with us. I am really sorry that you did not enjoy your time in our Mercure Hotel. I am surprised about your description for the hangers and the ironing as we have 4 additional hangers for trousers in the wardrobe of our rooms and on request we bring the... More

We booked here as a one night stop over to get to Frankfurt for a flight. The location at the time of booking was not a conspirator, just a reputable hotel. The location turned out to be perfect. We had a car, so a quick 10 minute drive to both Porsche and Mercedes car museums was possible. The rooms were... More

Had a 2 night stay and can't fault this hotel. Breakfast was good, although don't wait until the 10:30 end time as most items will have been cleared before then. Room was basic but functional. Bar is small but good. TV for sport and good service. Not cheap but it's a hotel. Easy to walk from the HBF (15 mins... More

I stayed here for 5 nights on combined business and leisure trip. This modern hotel is just north of the centre. I'd recommend using the U12 from Hauptbahnhof - only two stops and regular trains, get off at Pragfriedhof, and its a short down hill walk into the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, everything worked. Hotel staff were all... More

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this hotel in Stuttgart. The location is good near the excellent stadtbibliothek and it is a fairly easy walk to the main shopping street/railway station. A taxi there cost us 6 euros. The reception staff were helpful and the hotel had a smart appearance and bar in the lobby. The room was quite small... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Mercure-all good, it is easy to get to from main station (2 stops) as tram station is just around the corner. The hotel is modern and standard Mercure- all clean & tidy, with free wifi, there is also a bar ( that doesnt serve tea or coffee at night !), we did not eat here... More
