Back again after 3 years to attend an exhibition, I still see this hotel as ideally located steps away from all you need; S-Bahn to the airport and messe, shops at Konigs Strasse, parks, night life and restaurants. All you need for breakfast, comfy rooms, so helpful staff..... highly recommended

Night clerk has horrible customer service skills. Would not stay there again due to his tacky attitude towards the guest. The ladies during the day at the front desk were lovely & friendly. The rooms were nice & quaint. Great central location. English speaking staff.

I got lost trying to find the Hotel Unger because someone I asked for directions on leaving the station sent me off in the wrong direction, so I arrived tired and grumpy and late for a meeting. My bad mood was quickly lifted by the hotel though. They upgraded me without charge to a better room than I'd booked, and... More

Staying four nights in Hotel Unger was very comfortable. Check in & check out process was very fast and correct. The size of single room was enough for me. The bath room was clean. Shower and hot water worked well. Breakfast was good but during peak hour I had to wait for a table for awhile. Surprise..! I saw the... More

It is sad to have someone on the telephone saying that there is a room available, proposing a rate and few hours later receiving an email saying that the hotel is fully booked. I am sorry but this is called bad service. I would not recommend this hotel unless you like bad surprises.

This Hotel's deluxe rooms have recently been renovated and are now very comfortable. We changed our booking to a deluxe room and were happy as the room was nice with a verandah where we could sit out and have tea in the morning and a drink in the evening. The only problem was that the air conditioning was not very... More

The four star hotel is a conveniant hotel, but not more than that. Very small rooms with old furniture. The lobby is small as well, and not inviting. The breakfast, on the other hand, is very rich and tasty. The location is very good - minutes walk ftlrom the center.

Having no booking, tired, late at night, our flight was delayed and no internet connection we gamble on finding a hotel close by with the help of cab driver Not so lucky with the one we choose, nearby was the Hotel Unger the only one with vacancy. Lucky at last a very friendly and welcoming service manager had a room... More

A ver pleasant small hotel in the heart of Stuttgart close to both the station and the city centre. Large, bright recently renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. Lift service to the rooms and to the basement level undercover security parking. Pleasant breakfast room with ample breakfast bar. Informative and helpful reception staff.

Extremely clean throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed. Room had no air conditioning but a fan was provided. The buffet breakfast was superb - one of the best. Bar prices very reasonable. A few minutes walk to the main station complex. The area around the hotel can be noisy on a Friday or Saturday night with passing revellers, mainly returning to... More
