Room was nice and spacious but I was disappointed by the bed. King size bed had 2 separate mattresses with a gap between them - during the booking 3 different bed types were offered so I booked king size expecting it is 1 big mattress. It would be helpful to provide more details about bed types during booking. Pillows were... More

Just across the street from the train station and one block from Konigstrasse makes this a great choice for the tourist. The room was ready when we arrived, but the receptionist was not very helpful. I asked about the bed and was told it was two twins put together- not too happy about this. Had to ask for a map... More

While Stuttgart is a great place, the Graf Zeppelin was disappointing. Service at check in was impersonal and rushed. Neither of the front desk attendants made me feel like a welcome guest. The room was lovely, but the bed was horrible. I can accept two twins placed together if the mattresses are comfortable. However, this was not the case. The... More

Top hotel, great service, wonderful breakfast, but on the dressy side. The pool, sauna and steam room were small, but clean, modern and a great view from indoor pool. The location was great, walking distance to the famous Christmas market.

I stayed one night at the Zeppelin for a dinner with a longtime friend in Stuttgart. He had recommended the hotel for convenience considering I was arriving that day via train from Heidelberg. My friend was not joking, the hotel is literally immediately across the street from the station. Looking somewhat tired from the outside, once in the lobby, the... More

We stayed at the Graf Zeppelin one night before we picked up our car at Mercedes-Benz. We arrived early Sunday morning after our flight from the US. Our room was ready and we were able to rest a few hours before stepping out to see the sights of Stuttgart. The hotel staff were excellent with recommendations, etc. The location of... More

Easy location. Just across the street a few meters from the Stuttgart central station. When you arrive at the station, take the exit near McDonald’s (on the right side), you’ll pass by lockers and will need to go down some flights of stairs to get to road level. There is another way through the subway station underground but it’s less... More

If this review was based on my opinion on my room alone it would have been marked as 'excellent'. I thought the room was amazing and the little touches were all there. The bathroom was excellent. So, what went wrong? We went for a relaxing swim in the spa and despite the notices around encouraging peacefulness, it was more like... More

This hotel is a great location to be near the train station and also near the downtown area. Easy walking distance to the old city with all it's charm and ambiance. You can grab a bite to eat in the train station or easily walk to the many sidewalk cafes in the city center. The staff is friendly and parking... More

Well located for a weekend visit with easy access from airport and to station. Good pool and spa facilities. Hotel restaurants dated and average. Recommend Italian restaurants further up the street, and the Grand Cafe on Charlottenplatz for a good breakfast at less than half the price of the hotel's.
