Staying many times at Steigenberger Vienna, I have chosen this hotel for our two nights stay in Stuttgart. The reception staff was really helpful (especially Bianca), giving us a friendly welcome and offering precious hints and infos four our stay in Stuttgart. The room was not their strong point, being a little outdated and small, but clean. The breakfast is... More

Stayed here as I had an early train the next day. Great location opposite the train station. Hotel is what you would expect of 4-5 stay hotel, room was large and very comfortable. I used the gym which is very basic but still ok for a work out. I was shocked at the prices for dinner and breakfast so decided... More

Extremely pleased with the Graf Zeppelin. Very efficient front desk personnel who had a room available for us upon our 8:30 am arrival from an overseas flight and even upgraded our reservation. Rooms are spacious, very clean with nice bath. The staff were very proficient with directions, maps, train schedules, restaurant recommendations, all done with a smile. Nice business travelers... We stayed at The Steigenberger Graf Zepplin in a deluxe room for 2 nights in May and it was a very comfortable place to stay. We had a car which meant we had to find a place where we could keep that, which was at a cost per night. There is WiFi but it is only free for 30 minutes... More

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. It was a good price-value investment, since the hotel is just 5 min walk from main train station and, therefore, in city center. Hotel's staff was friendly and helpful. The only minus point that the hotel does not have ergonomic pillows in "pillow menu", but that's a matter of... More

This hotel is located right between the main station and the shopping streets. The location will be my main reason to stay there again. The room (123) was spacious, including a walk-in closet. Breakfast was delicious and elaborate but pricey (26 Euros as far as I remember) and so were the spa treatments (very satisfactory, lovely staff, but expensive: 75... More

Were there for only one night. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were on the street but the windows blocked most of the noise fairly well. Lots of restaurants close by and the central train station is across the street. Staff was very helpful in directing us to restaurants. All in all a nice hotel.

In town to pick up a car in Zeffenhausen, stayed for two nights and really enjoyed everything about the property and location. The rooms are really spacious and very nice. Ate in Zeppelino's restaurant and enjoyed a delicious US steak and yummy salad of lamb's lettuce and the most delicious bacon! Friendly service and courteous wait staff. The hotel is... More

The best feature of the hotel is the location, opposite to Central Station and next to the Centre. It is a nice hotel but not impressive. Internet is free for 30 minutes, which was helpful. Service was very good specially during the breakfast time. They were very efficient.
