We had a spacious, comfortable room. The staff was great. We were able to check-in at 11:00 Am after flying all night. Wonderful. There was a car park available for a small fee in the hotel's courtyard. The location was great. A short walk to the Konigstrasse and then to the Christmas markets at the Rathaus, old church, and city... More

Generally I do not understand why hotels have the luxury to not renovate the rooms for 20-30 years. Ugly carpet, brown tile bathroom, thin curtains,...and of course a small bag of Haribo sweets on the pillow. And all of this for about Eur 120/night. A sign of short supply. But frankly I had a great stay! Reception staff was very... More

This is a clean basic hotel in Central Stuttgart. The hallway looks like it hasn't been decorated since the 1960's. However the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. There is no air-con so likely to be very warm during the summer. Breakfast was average. Only German tv channels also.

Hotel Wartburg Stuttgart three star. What a fabulous reasonably priced find right in Stuttgart city centre. Handy access to nearby shopping areas, bars, restaurants and public transport network. Stayed three nights early August in a single room. Great location, clean and tidy. Helpful, friendly staff. Good buffet style breakfast serving hot and cold food. Secure a room at the rear... More

Located in the middle of the shopping on quiet street. Friendly helpful reception and wifi. The small single room is too small with a bed fixed to the wall but the double is perfect. Only complaint is that there is no tea making facilities in the room - so take your own kettle and teabags! The breakfast buffet has basic... More

I spent 2 days in this hotel only. Personal was nice, reception and stairs air-conditioned and walking distance to city center really small. Unfortunately my room was not air-conditioned (only a big fan) and maybe I was unlucky to weather, but it was almost impossible to fall asleep due to high temperatures. Just opening the windows did not help. In... More

The hotel is very convenient and the personnel provide a good service and breakfast is good fair. The rooms are clean if a little dated and the only reservation I had was the heat, may have hit Stuttgart on a particularly hot day but no aircom made the night pretty unbearable, and if windows open you have a lot of... Very convenient to all transport, lots of breakfast, bed comfy and the only noise we had was from next door who decided to have a party at 1am until I knocked on their door. Can't blame the hotel for that! Over excitement at Eurovision perhaps.....no complaints and find for us.
