First of the hotel is a nice place no doubt but the one of the problems I had with it was the distance to the rooms. It's very tiring after a long day having to walk such a distance just to sleep not to mention the complex ways to get to your room. You take an elevator down a level... More

This is an average hotel. The hotel room itself has avg amenities, with surprisingly an old tube TV, but is spacious and very clean. The gym had good machines. I did not try the restaurants. The hotel is located about 5 mins from the main pedestrian street and about a 15 min walk from the train station. It is located... More

Been here years ago almost every month and my first return was in 2012/2013 and was very disappointed. Good location, nice exterior, clean lobby and that's where the good stops and the bad begins. The staff was rude, the prices were high there was no extras included They wanted 30 euro for breakfast, and 25 euros for one days Internet.... More

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip for 2 nights early June, the hotel is spotless, one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The room was very comfortable with air con which was very well received as the outside temperature was 33 degrees, the room had a small fridge with mini bar but no coffee/tea making facilities... I found the hotel to be very comfortable with efficient and friendly staff. My room was in a separate block from the main hotel which was absolutely fine as there is an underground walkway connecting the two. In actual fact I think it was a bonus as the hotel seemed to be packed with conference delegates (who invariably feel they... More

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your stay with us and also for your comment on Tripadvisor. It is nice to see that you enjoyed your stay with us. Yes, the park wing is a bit to walk but for this you are "not involved in the daily business" of the hotel and the rooms are a bit quieter.... More

Wifi in this day and age is expected to be free as most high end hotels give to their guests , ( Radisson, Marriott even holiday inn express offer this now for free!! ) maritim hotels do not extend this service to their guests Give the fact I grudgingly paid for this then the wifi is painfully slow makes it... Dear guest, Thank you very much for your stay with us and also for your post on Tripadvisor. At the moment, the WiFi is an official hotspot from the Deutsche Telekom. The Hotel is a little bit outdated but still next to Liederhall Convention center which was the target of my trip, due to that ok. The food they provided was exeptional also they do the catering for the Liederhalle so I did see the same waiters again. The hotel itself needs a few updates though time but still good.

The staff was great and the location was very good. Easy walking distance to restaurants, trains, stores, etc. The 3 day conference was in the hotel meeting rooms, and that was very convenient as well. I had a room in the park tower. It was clean, shower was strong, and the TV worked. The beds/mattresses were spartan, but I have... More

As previously mentioned the hotel is quite dated but the staff are friendly and the walk to park side really isn't that much bother, come on people, enjoy the exercise!! 70ies style decor all over the place, good size rooms with horrendous decor and looked like a youth hostel... "Park Wing" part of the hotel is a 10 min walk with 2 elevator rides and a long walk along a "Bildergalerie" which does not carry a single Bild(picture).. I felt the hotel was a ripoff in terms of pricing, upon booking it... More
