We booked the Spahr at short notice from Switzerland, needing somewhere close to the Mercedes Museum. The Spahr is a good location, with free parking, and is next to U-Bahn and S-Bahn so easy to get into any part of Stuttgart. There are also shops, churches and amenities around. What a FRIENDLY hotel, calmly responding to my phone call when... More

A very old and nice room. Very classic in touch and furniture. I think its a family business. Good breakfast though...................... Located in front of the tram railway and its very easy to commute to any place........

Very conveniently located close to 13 stop and next to the Bad Cannstatt station of S2 S3 lines. It's a good and cheap solution for visiting Mercedes and Porsche Museums and the city centre as well. Very easy to reach also the airport and fair ground. Very good and truly German breakfast. Nice and conveniently equipped single rooms.

We chose this hotel for the parking, breakfast available, proximity to the Mercedes Benz Museum, and proximity to transportation downtown. Hotel met these needs without issue and wasn't TERRIBLE but I would definitely find somewhere else to stay next time. The parking is secure and convenient in a garage and lot at the back. Spaces are numbered and has a... More

The hotel is in a very good location right alongside the u Bahn . Very dark inside but the room we had was comfortable. The room we stayed in had an extension which appeared unfinished as you could see the outside from under the window. We stayed over a weekend and hotel was very quiet and staffed by a number... The hotel is nice, friendly people but the ambience is terryble, smelly dusty rooms which appear not to have changed since 1970. When sitting down on a couch a cloud of dust puffs out. Rock hard beds with flimsy pillows. And worst of all NO INTERNET (just a telekom hotspot for which the hotel does not even sell passes... Keep... More

I stayed for one night there (had a personal job close to Wilhelma Theatre) and enjoyed the stay very much. It was clean, very quiet, the room had a country village view with trees etc. The U bahn Uff Kirchof stop is right outside the hotel which is really convenient. The breakfast was really good with lot of options. I... More

We generally liked this hotel. It was in a good location, easy tram or tram/rail trip to downtown and auto museums. I liked the spacious room and the old-fashioned decor. Excellent breakfast and good front-desk staff. Very reasonable price. An issue was that cleanliness was not tops. It wasn't really dirty, but a couple of times a glass wasn't totally... More

We booked this hotel because we want to stay in old part of city. The hotel is in Waiblinger Straße near to city center. It is nice old but well maintained hotel. Good big and clean rooms. Overall sleep quality is good. Breakfast is quiet impressive and with good amount of varieties. Vegetarians can have good breakfast here. The places... More

In a very good location, tram way, shops, church, a good garden near by. homely feeling small, old and neat hotel to stay. it has got a small bar and the service is good. in the bar you will meet the same people every day, no music and no crowd.
