The hotel is ideally located 3 bus stops away from the city centre. We could park the car for free and travel around the city with public transport. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, and the area is quiet. Breakfast is good enough for what they charge for it. The furniture is enormously outdated, all wooden surfaces in our... More

This was a last minute booking and I didn't have much time to research. The reviews were encouraging and the price was perfect so we went for it. We found the hotel easily and parked for free on the street. We loved that it was in a more residential and green area. The young lady at the front desk wasn't... More

Loooved the location. In a quiet green area: the first sound I heard every morning was that of the birds singing :) 2 min from the bus station and then 3 bus stops away from the main railway station and the city center. A local bio store is also 2 minutes away, and a very large supermarket is about 7... More

Pros - Was there to attend rock climbing competition at Porsch Arena. Was only 10 mins drive to arena. Parking at hotel was only €5 a night. Continental breakfast included was good but basic. 10 mins and €3 euros on bus to center, bus stop 2 min walk from Hotel. Cons - Rooms need refurbishment! Ancient carpets and curtains etc.... More

Basically a hotel apartment which connect with separate buildings. Our room was fairly clean and big for 2 person. It was a night to have a good night sleep before our journey continue the next day. We were given free breakfast upon check-out

This hotel was the cheapest hotel with a triple bed room. The rooms were clean but worn. The bathroom was clean and all amenities functioned. The internet was functional and operated well. The hotel is still labelled as BERGMEISTER outside which can be deceptive. Will recommend and stay in future.

We stayed in a triple room for two nights and found it comfortable, if a bit worn. Some advice on getting to the hotel. If you start at the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof train station, go across the street to the bus stop. Take the number 42 bus toward Schlossplatz. Get off at the Urachstrabe stop. Cross the street and head down... More

This is a clean, basic hotel that offered a good price for our stay in Stuttgart. It is about four bus stops, all uphill, from the train station and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. When we arrived, the name "Hotel Bergmeister" ( the hotel has been purchased by another chain) was still on the building. We had a large... More

We (my wife and myself) stayed at the hotel for four nights in a vacation trip in Stuttgart. To begin with, as our GPS guided us to the destination, we saw to our astonishment that the name was Hotel Bergmeister and only a small sheet at the reception entrance informed us about the new name; then, although we had a...
