Really not a bad place to stay if you have an early train to catch or don't want to drag your luggage. Just get a good rate. I had a very large room facing the interior...not a nice view (the top of the station), but quiet. The outfitting is IKEA 1993. I have stayed in Intercity's before, and there is... More

An average hotel located directly inside the Stuttgart main train station. Rooms are clean and functional. Be sure that if you ask for a non-smoking room, that you actually get one. My room had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke even though there were non-smoking signs pasted all over the place! Front side rooms facing the main street can be... More

Great location in downtown Stuttgart close to main shopping street, good restaurants and with a very easy transportation to all places in Stuttgart. The breakfast is very good. Simple but enough for business trips.

Booked this hotel to accompany a colleague but with mis-givings based on previous reviews. My fears were well founded. The hotel is looking very tired with unappealing public areas. My room was very large but poorly equipped. The small desk attached to the wall had too much space taken up by an old style TV (business hotels nearly all have... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night in Apr 2011 during my transit from Munich to Paris. When I made my reservation, I had only book a room for 2 adults. Later, after I have determined to travel with my two kids (1 and 3), I did not inform the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff... More

I've been quite spoiled over the last year, travelling most of the major cities in Europe and getting to stay in some nice 4* hotels and even the occasional 5* where I've been lucky enough to get a good deal. I've always prided myself on the good choices I made, until I picked the Inter City Hotel in Stuttgart. I... More

Contrary to other reviews, I found this hotel very cosy. Situated right inside the main railway station and well connected to the other parts of the city (UBahn). The room is very moderately priced, extremely comfortable and spacious with big clean toilets. You would never feel any vibrations or sound though it's inside the station. The reception staff were extremely... More

The best thing of this hotel is its location. It’s placed in the rail way station building, which is dated but kept in a quite good maintenance. The bathroom is old, but clean. The staff was ok, they gave me a free subway pass for the period of the accommodation, but when I asked if I could use it on... More

Clean Room, nicely decorated, mini bar in room. No problem with the room, but front desk staff very indifferent. Stayed there for 9 days due to a death in family(brother), asked the front staff to store luaggage for my sister so we could attend our brother's funeral. They refused, stating it was against their policy. I explained we had to... More

Hotel is located right inside train station. Parking is 4 blocks away. Lobby is ont he second floor. But if you drive around the side as if you were entering the train station (a small grand Central), you can walk in on the lobby floor. Its on the right. They dont tell you this, until you arrive. Staff helpful. Room... More
