we spent only one night, the staff is accommodating, helpful and smiling! the price is decent given the hotel's location, we did not find better! The room is clean, the hotel is a 3 star. Excellent for a passage or a few days, I recommend without hesitation !

I stayed there for two nights and found the overall experience neither great nor terrible. The location is very good because you are within walking distance to downtown. The area around the Wasserturm is very beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful - though only German-speaking. The whole set up of the hotel is somewhat confusing. Reception and breakfast room are... More

The hotel is at a busy road and the front rooms are quite noisy. Welcoming and reception were a bit weird. You will be guided to a separate entrance where the "hotel" is a part of a normal residential building.

Unique hotel in an ex water tower.. Fantastic building, good location (we went for the Xmas markets & found this was. Nice base) rooms comfortable (although we felt the standard room was not a 5* more like a 4*) The 'W' restaurant was amazing especially for breakfast.. The best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel. The only downfall Service... More

I spent only two days in this hotel but found many tiny annoying things which make me say that you should rather skip this hotel: - receptionist could speak only German - really cold in room even when heating was on max - no working wifi in room - strange smell in bathroom - liquiud soap ran out after one... The location is great, but that is about it. Very expensive "hotel" but the only positive thing is that the rooms are spacious. Staff is ok, some with very bad German language. Free WiFi did not work but did not seem to be an issue for staff to be resolved. I was all in all very disappointed and sorry for... More

Very disappointing, considering reviews outside of Trip Advisir that I had read. Very expensive and although supposedly had many celebrity visitors, we were not impressed with this hotel. Access to suites was difficult, with very small lift making it hard for more than 2 people at a time. Suite we had was two level, with incredibly narrow metal staircase up... More
