Clean, good breakfast, very friendly personnel, only a few miles from Karlsruhe Messe and less than 1 mile from downtown area. The combination price-service-accomodation makes this hotel attractive and surely I will come back when I will have to travel to this area.

It is very close to the train station. I stayed there for almost 8 days for a conference in Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. The hotel was extremely clean.
I have read some people were complaining about the smell of tabac in the rooms: This was definetely not so in all rooms we were in.
Our room was very big and not noise at all, even if it was pretty close to the reception and facing the street. Bed was very confortable too.
