Hotel is not far from city center, about 10 minutes by walk. It seems a little old, but clean, quite and accurate as everything in Germany. Almost in hotel there is a restaurant of traditional Germans food and they own beer. Breakfast offers wide differences of food and beverages. Rooms, furniture seems simple and old.

The Hotelwelt Kuebler is a very large hotel with various buildings and a big entertainment area including the Badisch Brauhaus with nice, self brewed beer. While I assume it might be awesome for a male leisure trip, it is fine but nothing special when travelling on business. The rooms are very small and rather old with single beds and TVs... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights (Friday to Sunday). The hotel definitely has a very eccentric charm which you'll either love or hate. We were very much the former. The inside is quirky and the grounds even more so, leading through to a very decent pub. Very good breakfast selection. Decent sized and clean room. Good shower.... More

Went to Karlsruhe for a conference and got booked a room at Hotelwelt Kuebler. Family-owned hotel, nicely run, very welcoming and friendly. Some rooms are really large and nice with views on the garden and the Hunderwasser-like building next door. I was able to get an expresso at 4am with a great smile from the receptionist on duty!

I returned to this hotel after 3 years for the same reason - business trip. The first stay 3 years ago was perfect, my room was in the building in the courtyard (very stylish), but in this case I made a reservation in the main (and likely oldest) building (in front of the school and ?..) . The room was... More

This hotel looks like a 'standard' hotel from the road, but once you get behind the facades it opens up into a rather 'different' hotel to say the least. 'Wacky' or just 'bonkers' would be one way to describe the shapes and faces on the buildings - it certainly has something special about it. My room was in the wacky... More

My room was a 70's throwback in the old part of the building, old furniture, brown tiles, even a (non-working) cassette player in the bed head (!), but comfy enough. Breakfast is fine but nothing exciting compared to a modern hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the total wackiness of the other bits of the hotel. If you are... More

This is for you who wants a hotel with a very special soul. It's like being back to the cartoons series, this can't be descriebed, you must simply stay there to make your own decision. The rooms are as you will expect, but no extra. The restaurant is a "brauhaus" with very good bier and acceptable food.I would stay at... More

We have had a reservbation for a double room with a third sleeping possibillity and at first we got a single room with a sofa that wasn't sheeted. After request they gave us the correct room with a double bed and a single bed. Very old furniture with dark brown wood covered walls and a bath in bahama beige (maybe... More

I was invited over to Karlsruhe for a meeting and it appears that the company use this hotel as the guest like it for its quirkiness. Within the site there are 2 hotels, a restaurant, bars, and brewery. This is the strangest hotel that I have ever been in, the decor is a cross between Alice in Wonderland and Willy... More
