I booked a confirmed stay in this hotel for two singel rooms. After arriving in the hotel the clerk leaded me in the "dependance". It was another hotel only three star level in the surrounding. I tried hard to get the booked rooms, but was not successfull. They gave me a reduction of only 5 € and treated me unfriendly. more
