This hotel is well located and easy to find, near the highway exit, yet calm, with a guest parking charged at €8 for 24h. The room was big enough and well insulated from the noise of the nearby main street. The hotel is not new but fairly well maintained. The sheets felt somewhat strange, as if they were made of... It is a nice hotel to stay in, at first glance it looks a little bit strange because of its location, right next to a gas station, but in general it's ok, rooms are big enough, it has bar and restaurant, normal topical German food. In more negative terms, it is not near anywhere since it is near a highway,... More

Stayed here as part of a tour but arrived quite late and left early. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom adequate. Free wifi was available in the room and worked well. There was a jug in the room but no cups or coffee etc. I can't comment if it was close to anything because I wasn't there long... More

Having just returned from a 4 night stay for a business trip local to the hotel, I just wanted to let others know my impressions, I found the staff at the hotel to be attentive, helpful and polite, My room (176) was clean and tidy and cleaned to a very high standard every morning, the wifi was FREE as long... The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms had a shower over the bath, but was big enough. Hotel foyer was quite large and very well appointed. Breakfast was outstanding, great selection of hot and cold foods and there were also sweet things like donuts and slices. Wouldn't say there were a breakfast item, but each to their own. Very large... More

We stayed at the hotel in December 2014 after Christmas. The rooms are large by Eureopean standards. The rooms are comfortable and staff is helpful. The beds were were comfortable. You have tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast we didn't have at the hotel but regretted latter we should have just had breakfast at hotel. The hotel is not... More

The hotel is clean and acceptable. The staff are friendly but lack the professionalism you would expect at a 4 star hotel. The hotel it self is old looking. Wifi is not free despite what the booking site says, and is very expensive. I would say is 3 star at best.

Location was awful, but everything else was perfect. The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The staff were very helpful and genuinely keen to provide the best service in town. Leonardo offers very good breakfasts and really good value for the price you pay. Highly recommended if you have a car and some time to spend in Heidelberg.

Im staying there for 5 day, the hotel is in remote area from the city centre and quite difficult to get there by public transportation bus 33 because the halte of bus stop quite far and we have to walk about 1km to get there. The location of the hotel is out of the town, so it's quiet. We drove there but according to the website, it's also well-connected by public transportation. The room is clean and nice, nothing to complain about. The price is also acceptable given the standard of Heidelberg. If you don't want to stay in the city center or travel by... More
