After staying at the Park Plaza Hotel in London this was a real let down. Our Globus tour booked us into this hotel and I do not understand why. Our other hotels were quaint and beautiful.
Stayed here our first night in Germany with our tour group. The hotel is immaculate, the staff friendly and English speaking. The room was comfortable. Lots of space to hang our clothes and lay out our things. The bath had a shower and enough shelf space for our toiletries. We enjoyed the sauna and exercise room.
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night on our way back from Austria. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and you can choose your own type of pillow. Unfortunately there's no free wifi and no free breakfast. Howere, the breakfast was 10 euro per person and I would definitely recommend this. We paid 56 euro for...

I stayed here for one evening while travelling for business. The rooms are the most spacious and camong the cleanest I have seen on Europe. The staff spoke excellent English and were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not included but it was worth paying a little extra for. Hotel is close to military facilities but not close to downtown...

The hotel is located a bit out of downtown of Heidelberg but it's not difficult to find out. The room is nice and clean. Moreover, the nicer staff will make you feel more comfort and relax.
PROS
The room we stay in looked brand new. The beds are comfortable and the room is the biggest we had during our European vacation. The staff was friendly enough. Lots of space to put your clothes or to hang up your coats, etc.
CONS
8 Euros to park is terrible and you must get a ticket before you even...

The hotel and facilities are really simple, and are not worth the price charged.
The location is not good. It is far from the city, close to a noise road intersection.
Car is needed to go anywhere, and the garage is also charged. The restaurant does not have an attractive menu, so you will probably choose to go out every...

The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast buffet is superb. I also used sauna and really liked it. It is within a short bus ride both from the railway station and the city centre. I would definitely recommend this property.
We booked this room through my husband's company to get a better rate and I am so glad we only needed to stay one night! The room was small, not by American standards or European standards or any standards, just really small and claustrophobic. We had to put our suitcase on the built in desk since there wasn't space on...

While you will find this hotel listed for Heidelberg, it is quite a ways outside of the city center. It has conveniently located to major highways, but I did not find access by the local city public transportation. The hotel has an "in need of refurbishing" feel to it - curtains were grayish, carpeting was worn, etc. As a plus...
