This hotel does the job. The river view room is worth the extra price. The King size bed was the major draw card though. The room was a good size too. My partner & I stayed her in March. The hotel itself was nice. The room was tastefully appointed and our room had a view of the river. The hotel was a short walk to nearby public transportation. It was a little further away from the center of town; however, it was a nice hotel with no major complaints at all. more

Business hotel with river views and a good buffet breakfast. The desk clerks were very helpful in recommending and booking restaurants in the city. Undergound covered parking was a big plus in the winter. Be prepred for a 10 Euro taxi ride to any place in the old town. more

Spent Christmas 08 in Heidelberg & at this Hotel. Very upscale hotel, with excellent attention by the staff. Rooms very nice and some have excellent views of the river Neckar.
