My husband and I live near Nuremberg and decided to spend our New Year holiday in Heidelberg. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you are into night life and want to be within walking distance of Heidelberg's best landmarks. The room was lovely, and we had no complaints at all. Then we did something really stupid. We... More

Great location (very near to the historical center) and great breakfast! The accomodation was good, clean, but the beds were too noisy and the internet wifi (that was paid and supposed to work on the room) was terrible. The staff was ok (receptionist of the nightshift was not too friendly). They offer parking lot (which is in a private garage)... More

The room was very cute and cozy. The hotel is in a great location - we were able to walk to the Christmas Market and to the castle. Parking is not right under the hotel, but was close enough not to be a bother.

My husband, eldest son and myself booked into this hotel rather last minute after deciding on a short break. My younger son is studying at Heidelburg uni and we wanted to see him.. the hotel was basic, very clean with a good selection at breakfast and right in the old town with everything on the door step. The staff were... More

Chosen for price and location. Staff was pleasant: very courteous and helpful. Parking was interesting--around the corner in a garage. Book a parking spot when you book your room. Took us a while to figure out how to actually get there because the street in front is one-way. Our small room was in the attic and nicely decorated as well... More

In the touristy Heidelberg a good location, rooms, hallways and the hotel is more like a dormitory or hostel. Basic room, helpful desk, pretty good breakfast with friendly service and also helpful reception. Parking around the corner.

We stayed here for 2 nights after making a last minute booking and chose the hotel for its great location in the heart of the old town. The room we had looked out over the inner courtyard where our car was parked (no extra charge) and was quiet enough to leave the window open all night. The room was tiny... More

Last minute choice, not to many available, so we ended choosing this one. Perfect location, very attentive staff, delicious breakfast (included in the price). Although very small room, very clean and well equipped. The parking was a bit of a hassle, and the noise outside disturbing (in the middle of a college town), but in general good balance for this... Location is perfect , in the old city . But if you are unlucky you will get a room street side and ear the noise coming from a kind of disco-bar just near the hotel . Rooms are quite large but anonymous . I would sleep there again if there no other hotel free.

We chose the hotel for price and location. Satisfied on both fronts. location is excellent. Staff were lovely: couteous and helpful. Parking a bit tricky, but free and do-able. Room was up in the attic basically and was a bit over-hot. Very decent choice for an absolutely charming town. Would happily go back. l
