This hotel is in an excellent location! Whilst the hotel is older, it is very clean with newly renovated bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very large. For the budget conscious traveller, who just wants to get out and explore, this hotel is excellent value for money. I would certianly return here again.

Visited Heidelberg on a business trip, but used this opportunity to take my love with me.
The hotel is well situated and within a walking distance (strolling actually) from main street in the center of the old town.
Room was grand with nice and convenient bathroom. Breakfast was OK (I love these German sausages!).
The bed was convenient and we enjoyed afternoon love breaks, after which we gathered strength and strolled back to town.
