True to the other reviews, a centrally located hotel within an easy stroll of the pedestrianised shopping/restaurant area. As usual we booked direct with the hotel on the parent web page [--] got a great price as we included a Saturday night. Room was a good size two queen beds, duvet and plenty of pillows. Bathroom tub/shower .Trouser press, iron... More

Spent 2 nights in August with my wife and daughter. The hotel is large and 'corporate' on the corner of 2 major roads, 5 mins walk from the start of the 'High St', so fairly well placed. Overall the hotel did not meet our expectations- although breakfast was better than we expected on reading other reviews! The main problems were... More

We stayed here for two nights after touring Italy for two weeks. The friendly and consistent service was such a welcome sight after our previous experiences with the Italian standards for service. (We had forgotten that many front desk clerks actually smile at people.) In fact, the woman who checked us in was very patient and cheerful with my husband... More

We have stayed in this hotel while on business/leisure trip. The location of the hotel is great and they do have a parking garage . Parking is a bit expensive but you can come and go as you wish. Our room (222) was very comfortable and quite spacious (considering european standards). We were surprised by a wide range of amenities... More

Have stayed at this location many times on business and will be returning with my family. The location is fantastic for a short stay and within many shopping facilities. Parking is expensive as is breakfast (which is only average at best) but the staff, facility and location make up for these short coming.

Me and my other half went to heidelberg for a pre-xmas break and to visit the christmas markets. The hotel was great. We flew with Lufthansa so we were able to use the shuttle bus that takes you right to the door of the plaza and it was only 34 euros return. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.... This hotel has a good location just minutes for the main square where the buses depart to the castle. Its within 5 minutes walking distance of the main shopping street. We had a room for four people, very comfortable, and got a great rate. We had no problem getting non feather pillows or extra tea and coffee for the room.... More

Booked for a weekend family meeting because it was so cheap! Rooms are nice enough, clean, comfortable beds, but look corporate. Breakfast was okay but attracted a hefty surcharge. Staying in winter, there's not much to do in Heidelberg after dark other than going for dinner, so we decided to try the wellness area. Being German, I was well knowing... More

We stayed at the Crowne Plaze for two nights. We were very pleased to find this hotel centrally located and walked everywhere from the hotel. We had booked a club room to share with our two children and found it to be very spacious room with two very comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't fault... More

This is our 3rd stop after two cities in France. Comparing to the hotels in France, this one is spotless clean, confortable (with comforters), efficient, decent size room. We stayed in a clubroom with a King bed. The breakfast is a banquet comparing to the ones in French hotels, even though the overall levels of German restaurants are several magnitude... More
