Me and my girlfriend spent a quite comfortable and amazing couple of weeks in this structure. We used it as a basis to explore the green hills of the Schwarzwald area, the neighbouring Alsace region in France and Basel in Swtizerland (we moved by car). The camping lives in harmony with the solemn woods that surround it, yet the pleasant... More

Lovely, family run campsite, large and popular with campervans and tents alike. Toilets and showers are first class, the cleanest I have ever been in. Price includes showers and wifi and electricity, approx 30 euros a night. Location is good to the city centre. There is a 15minute walk to the metro stop which runs straight into town - the... More

Very pretty little family run campsite with reception and amenities set amongst well tended greenery and flowers. In fact "well cared for" could be the motto of the place. The washing facilities are fastidiously clean and nicely appointed. There are also good laundry and kitchen facilities. The pitches are small and privacy is a bit limited but we had no... More

Excellent campsite they have thought of everything from fridges, freezer to an on site restaurant and spa. Great location and nothing too much trouble - the owners made the site which was immaculately clean at all times - very relaxed and quiet would definitely return - great holiday thank you.

This was the first time we had camped in Germany so we didn’t know what to expect, but I had been impressed before we arrived as I was able to reserve a pitch by e-mail for just two nights with no deposit. The campsite is in a fantastic location, surrounded by trees and just ¾ mile from the tram-stop into... More

Within walking distance of Freiburg and shops although the site has on sale basic essentials. We were initially told that we could only stay for one night (18.06.14) as it was leading up to a holiday weekend and most sites in the region were fully booked. We asked if they could let us know if anyone cancelled, which they did... More

We were greeted at the campsite by the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night but I could have easily stayed longer. It is a lovely small campsite, very busy and with excellent amenities....better than some hotels that I have stayed in. The price is extremely reasonable and there is wifi available. Everything is really... More

Stayed one night as a stopover to our roadtrip to Switzerland. The owners were very helpful as I emailed to reserve a spot, they were almost full but accommodated our small tent. Place is nice and spacious and good space between tents. Shower facilities were very clean, and we had a nice warm shower before we left the next morning. They... More

Spent 3 nights here with 2 tents and a car. Booked well in advance and got two good plots next to each other. Great reception from owners who speak every language you'd ever want. Lovely restaurant, table tennis and quick 10 min walk to tram to go into Freiburg for a night out, the campsite even sell the tram ticket!... More
