Close enough to Baden Baden in a peaceful resort, a very lovely village as vineyards all around and a very relaxing place. Very good rooms, very helpful staff, good restaurant, very good and colorful breakfast, fancy tableware and nice decoration. The restaurant is lovely in the evening and the standard of food is really high. The hotel is small enough... More

Our third visit and it gets better and better each time. In our view pretty perfect. Close to Baden Baden (we drove once and took the local bus once and that was a lovely experience) but far enough away to be a complete peaceful retreat, vineyards all around, lovely village, totally relaxing - and an amazing Riesling area. The perfect... More

The room looks very nice with tiger design elements, the Spa and the garden are the most beautiful we saw in the black forest during our trip. Very recomended place...althouth it is about 11km from Baden Baden.

We stayed in room 'Mauerberg'. Spacious room with balcony, ensuite bathroom and separate shower and toilet. Nice beds. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, good restaurant with excellent regional wines. Several hiking trails start from the doorstep of this hotel. We'll be back! Awkward that EUR 1 per device per stay is charged for WLAN.

Our room was great with a balcony and views of the mountains. We were close enough to Baden-Baden that we could visit for dinner, but far enough away that we felt we were in the country. The staff was helpful. We arrived back at the hotel at night and there wasn't enough parking. Breakfast at Hotel Heiligenstein wasn’t very extensive.... More

We battled to find this property as their correspondence doesn't mention that they are actually in a small village about 20km outside of Baden Baden. However, once we found it, everything was fine. Location is a little out of the centre of even the village where they are located - sadly the restaurant in the hotel was closed on the... More

We stayed for one night only. A fantastic place set down a small road with houses around it houses yet over-looking vinyards. So tranquil. Our room was themed for wines, from the books down to the bedside lamps which were modelled on bunches of grapes. Perhaps a little over the top yet it worked well. Has a pleasant afternoon coffee... Hotel Heiligenstein is a fantastic hotel near Baden-Baden. Very clean rooms, nicely decorated. Relaxing bathroom. Very friendly staff. The diner was well served and nicely presented. The breakfast was more than perfect. This hotel is to be recommended without and doubt. We will certainly return. :-)

Within easy driving distance of central Baden Baden, this charming romantic hotel is tucked in rolling hills of vineyards. We stayed in the South African themed room - the balcony had a wonderful view, fun & quirky decor. Very comfortable & indulgent. Both breakfast & dinner at the restaurant were excellent. The spa downstairs was a nice retreat. The staff... More

We stayed here 3 nights in July in room 'Chateau M'. The room was furnished quirky, with a mix of kitschy old french and modern furniture and fittings. The room has a big corner balcony with amazing views of the surrounding hills. There was a big bath tub with views of the hills. It was a proper little royal retreat.... More
