Krilon's review of the Alte Laterne "Third Time", besides being an excellent travel review, is also the reason I booked this hotel. And I'm happy to confirm first hand that it was incredibly spot on. Even though I stayed nearly a year ago in this magical little hotel, I keep a fond memory of it and often think back how perfect these few days in Baden-Baden had been, mostly thanks to living in that charming building.
