Aside from its superb location, the physical aspects of this property are nothing special. But, the staff at the hotel and restaurant were so nice. From the glasses of welcoming sparkling wine brought up to our room, to the complimentary ice cream after dinner, this hotel stands out as a place that seems to genuinely want your business. We accidentally... More

This hotel could not be more central in that it is opposite the Roman Baths and only a short walk from Leopoldplatz where all the bus lines converge. The room we had was excellent with a window and balcony overlooking a pretty square and also windows onto Gernbacher Strasse. Because there is no through traffic it is quiet. The only... More

The hotel is very well located, not far from the centre and immediately opposite the Friedrichsbad, which we did not get to check out unfortunately ( we were there for the Xmas market). Dinner at the Prager Stuben was excellent - plentiful and pretty authentic Czech food. You can even ask for a 'beton', Becherovka and tonic to start he... More

Great location, so close to the thermal spas, room was fine, clean and large. Needs a general refurbishment though. Buffet breakfast was very average and we ended up eating out even though it was included in the price. But the smell of the greasy food got to us - permeating the Hotel morning and night which was nauseating. Staff were... More

Originally Czech cousine with small German accent, excellent Czech beer, probably best in Germany, family atmosphere and hospitality.Hotel located directly in spa area of Baden-Baden. The duck with dumplings best of the menu.

I stayed 3 days in this charming little hotel with a family atmosphere, the room was clean, renovated, with a little balcony with a nice view of Caracalla therme. Great location,in the very centre, the Caracalla therme is just few steps. But it was not noisy at night, I only could hear the dustmen in the morning in the street ...The little fridge... More

Well... the arrival to the hotel was a shock, the reception was messy and very small. Had to wait personnel for couple of minutes before he showed up. And strange smell in the corridors... probably coming from kitchen? But the room was actually quite nice... clean and recently renovated. So nothing bad about that. The hotel is located nicely next... More

I enjoyed this little hotel. The clientele seemed perhaps to be older, return guests (I am a 50-something woman traveling alone), so it was comfortable for me. It was difficult to get into - it would be better to park the car first (get directions to the garage and to the hotel ahead of time and walk the short distance... More

I booked this hotel at short notice mainly because of the need to pop into the Caracalla for a relaxing spa evening and massage. The location is ideal for the spa (just opposite) and although the front desk may be off-putting as it is often empty the hotel is quite chilled and fine. I had a large room which was... More
