Have stayed here for the last seven years whilst attending the October reinsurance conference. Each time upon departure a reservation was made for the following year. It appears that customer loyalty is now a thing of the past following the change in ownership and reservations made a year in advance will not be honoured, but a sister hotel could be... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good points : Superior Room with good size, balcony with forest view Large choice at breakfast with good refill Pool quite big with jacuzzi and quiet area Hotel location (quiet and very close from the main garden of the city) We booked two rooms and we had the two rooms next to... We stayed in the hotel over x-mas for three nights. The price of this 4 star hotel was very attractive and the parking for free. I travel a lot but I was only able to confirm the starts by the pure facts not by the hotel's not existing charme. Since we did not eat in the hotel I can't comment... More

Stayed here just one night with a colleague, we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but walked down town Baden-Baden instead. This is about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel provides covered parking facilities. There was a very wide variety of breads, cereal, meat, cheeses, drinks, etcetera at breakfast, rarely seen this. The checkout took forever, as there... There is a big disproportion between the exterior and interior of this hotel. It is quite a large structure built in late seventies and, from a first sight, it looks shabby and not tempting. For Baden Baden, you would probably expect something else - it does not look like a health-resort at all. But the interior makes it all different!!!... More

Satied here for 3 nights. the rooms are big ,comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The only ''problem'' is the location, the hotel is on a narrow and quiet street in residential part of the city. Its about 15 minuts walk from the bar& shop area. But... More

We stayed here in September for 2 nights and the hotel is situated in a quiet area, only 10 minute walk to the town of Baden Baden. I feel this hotel was not a bad choice but not great either. Breakfast was only Ok and not enough variety. Parking was difficult as there is not enough spaces for all the... More

Lovely Hotel, very friendly stuff, lovely location... great indoor pool, breakfast was very good and stuff very helpful on anything I needed. would go back again... Great value for German hotel. Parking was tough though because it seems that during my stay the hotel was quite busy. I stay there for 2 nights and everyday was a challenge to park...

Have just spent 2 nights at this hotel Thought that it just just a little on the dear side at €477 for 2 nights including breakfast We encountered a conference group and we were made to pay second fiddle to them Pastries at breakfast were stale and parking was extremely difficult during our stay Staff were extremely friendly but their... My family stayed in this hotel for one night in October. Upon arrival we found out that breakfast would cost €19 euros per person, meaning that it would cost us nearly €80 euros in total, therefore it is safe to say we decided to skip it! When we got to our room, it stunk of cigarette smoke, so we asked... More
