Nice hotel, friendly staff, huge room, good swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, the works. But paying for internet in thus day and age is a big no no for me, even if it's cheap compared to what other hotels dare to charge.

Nice hotel and exceptionally friendly staff, as far as I could tell all the rooms have balconies. I arrived to breakfast a few minutes late but the staff where none the less helpful in making sure I could fill my plate. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Hotel Manager was actively involved in ensuring a pleasant stay for... More

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It is quiet, luxurious and and very peaceful. Above all, the service is outstanding !!! The hotel manager, along with the receptioninsts, the house keeping staff, the kitchen staff, and generally anyone you come across in the hotel are so nice and give you a warm feeling.... More

Got this hotel, because of the relatively low cost and free parking. It was a beautiful picteresque stroll down to the city center, if you dont mind a good 15 min walk, the location s good then. It had a pretty good breakfast (even mimosas and champagne!) and a playground for our daughter. It did have an indoor pool too.... More

Selected hotel because of location - easy walk to center - free parking, breakfast and spa. Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Easy and fast check in. Don't forget the euro 3.5/day/ person city tax. Large room, comfortable bed, big tv, and fast internet (which is a small extra cost). Enjoyed the steam rooms, hot tub and gym. Very good... More

A popular stay for explorers of the Black Forest and for us, the fabulous B500. Travelling as 2 couples with 2 cars, staying for 2 nights in a Superior Double room. Free mini bar, toiletries and tea/coffee facilities, along with the robes and slippers were included in the price. Don't look to save money here, but it's not the most... More

This hotel is rated as a 4 Star superior hotel which was spot on. The hotel is in a great location from the centre of town. The town is more expensive than most places but you can understand why when you walk around the area. It's a seriously expensive part of the world. With massive homes for the rich and... More
